I will never understand the love some people have for remote controlled vehicles. Why bother buying and learning to use an rc boat when you could just as easily go out and drive a real speed boat on the water? I suppose the only reason I could rationalize being a fan of RC boats is if I didn’t have enough money to buy or rent my own speed boat.

If you don’t own your own boat but you still want to feel what its like to drive one you can always get an RC boat to play with. I suppose RC boats have the same kind of maneuverability as most boats and I’ve seen people out there with a ton of different kinds of boats. You only need to stretch the imagination just a little bit to be a cruise ship captain or speed boat racer if you own an RC boat. Still, I don’t see the point.
